Charges and Applicable Tax

All monetary amounts charged by Feastables use USD unless checkout clearly states otherwise; accepted cards are addressed in the Payment Policy, and Taxes are collected as required by applicable law.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refund Timing

Feastables permits cancellation before shipment; afterward, the Refund Policy provides a 30-day no-reason return and exchange right, merchant-paid return shipping, stated exclusions, and 5–10 business day refund timing.

Products, Availability, and Errors

Feastables presents descriptions, images, specifications, and availability in good faith and may correct errors, limit quantities, reject suspected fraud, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, refunding any properly charged amount as appropriate.

Shipping Commitment

Every accepted U.S. shipment from Feastables receives free standard shipping on all U.S. orders, tracking, 1–2 business days of processing, and an estimated 4–6 business days with the carrier.

Intellectual Property and Legal Limits

Feastables retains or licenses the intellectual-property rights in store content. Lawful warranty and liability limits apply only where permitted and never displace non-waivable customer protections; applicable U.S. federal and merchant-location law supplies the governing framework.
